What is your recruiting process?
We utilize the "old-school" recruiting technique of calling candidates that fit our client's openings. Over the course of 55 years, we have accumulated a large database of available candiates that we also access for specific openings.
What are your fees?
Our contingency recruiting fees are based on the candidate's first year compensation. We also guarantee our candidates.
How long does it take for you to produce resumes for me?
We typically provide our clients with 3-5 highly qualified candidates within a short time after receipt of the job order.
Do you conduct reference & background checks?
We pre-screen each candidate in advance of submittal to verify they fit the position. We can do reference and background checking in advance if our client desires those services.
Can you keep our name and information confidential?
Yes, until we are directed by our clients to disclose their company name and other information, we hold all client information in confidence.
Do you offer HR Support?
We are strictly an executive search firm and provide qualified candidates to our clients on a contingency fee basis. We do not provide HR support such as 1099 contract labor or payroll services.
