What are your fees? |
Our contingency recruiting fees are based on the candidate's first year compensation. We also guarantee our candidates. |
How long does it take for you to produce resumes for me? |
We typically provide our clients with 3-5 highly qualified candidates within a short time after receipt of the job order. |
Do you conduct reference & background checks? |
We pre-screen each candidate in advance of submittal to verify they fit the position. We can do reference and background checking in advance if our client desires those services. |
Can you keep our name and information confidential? |
Yes, until we are directed by our clients to disclose their company name and other information, we hold all client information in confidence. |
Do you offer HR Support? |
We are strictly an executive search firm and provide qualified candidates to our clients on a contingency fee basis. We do not provide HR support such as 1099 contract labor or payroll services. |
